I'll break it down for you.
Level 75 KoR is a shitty weaponskill. 600ish damage on level 80-90 mobs, so I have to WS between 1 and 11% health on an abysea mob.
In order to have any decent TPing to whittle the mobs down you have to use RR+Apoc, third atma to just make it simpler is a regen atma. I have 100tp by the time the mob is at 50%, so now I'm sitting on TP auto attacking until 10%. Wildcard in this, is random slash damage procs and triple attack crits. Get a round of triple attack crits around 13% health and you kill the mob without being able to WS.
Level 68 mob outside abysea they'll be at 25% health by the time I have 100tp, phalanx makes them hit for 0, all around easier and faster.
