Our last realtor said we'd get about 2.5 mil for the house ($378k) but we now have a 3 mil bid ($454k) because the new one set the price at 2.975m :O Not too bad. Would be 3.5-4m if it were in great condition but after 26 years you need to do some work on it.

They get 4% of the sell price.
