Random Thoughts.....What Are You Thinking?

We lack a lot of specific ingredients in this house and I'm never in a financial situation to fix that, and even if I were, I'd be the only one appreciative of it. /siiiiiiiigh

My mom just dumps stuff in hoping it'll taste good, I'm so glad I didn't inherit her cooking ability.

The acid curdles up the milk and makes it thicken up a lot... It'll work with any acid really, I've done it with lemon juice to change up the flavor a bit.. I mostly use this when I'm frying food, let it sit in the 'buttermilk' for like 30 minutes then drop them a few peices at a time into the flour or whatever and then fry.. The lemon+milk (instead of vinegar) is really good for fried shrimp.

Laffy, stop hogging all the new pages!

Hrmmmmmm.... new PSU got in, put it in and got the same issue as the first time... so I started fiddling around (like last time...) and found out I think I may have actually had a working PSU the first time, the 4 pin connector for my motherboard was not wanting to go in the right way and this time (for some reason) it worked :3


Now I'm just having a seemingly odd new issue, I decided to just try the PSO2 character creator (the thing I first had issues with) and as soon as I start it up (when I get to the part where I hit enter to get to the menu) I get a video drop out (my monitor lights go yellow) and a black screen (BSOD) not really sure what is causing this, haven't tried anything else yet (I will in a bit, once I get a few prep things done in case I need to reinstall the OS again...) unless someone else can give me any hints? (I posted on facebook but I don't think many of you have me added lol, a select few have me)

Something like that happened to me once, I even thought the same thing you did, PSU, got a new one, problem still there..

I ended up finding the problem and it was the weirdest *** thing.. A RAM stick had somehow went bad, but not so bad that the computer ceased to function, just periodically everything would come to a grinding halt..

I don't remember how I found out, but once I removed the offending RAM stick, never had a problem on that computer again.

So, shot in the dark, but only use 1 stick of RAM at a time, run the computer on it (if possible?) see if the problem persists.. If it does, switch RAM, and try again.

I had a similar problem recently. Was my GPU slowly dying. :p

So gf and I went on a walk yesterday for 4 miles and I didn't realize that it would kill my legs this badly ; ; but got some good pictures :x

already did a RAM check through the PC (does it during POST) everything checked out, I know for a *** fact that this is enough power to run this PC (more even probably...) i'm now wondering if these *** sent me a bad video card now (although I do doubt that since i'm sure I would have noticed things even out of a game)

Also another thing that I've found a bit odd... when I shut down my PC... the power supply fan still is lit up and the fan still goes (slow speed but still is 'on') which is a bit odd in my book, not sure if it's supposed to do that or if it's another *** up PSU...

I've never heard of a PSU doing that..
