+1 lol I thought Idg what homeless centers and psychic wards have with one another. She needs time away to develop some pyrokinesis techniques to set you aflame? Then she wants to leave the country after, so that she can not be brought to justice for her crimes?

crafting in 14 is killing me atm.. it gives you your hq rate based on the quality stat.. 76% chance to HQ... y u no HQ!? ><

Havnt really done much dyna in a while, ran outta jugs food and Gil.. Plus seeing people pull hails of 200 or so when I do maybe 60 made me not wana bother anymore :/
