Interesting, I kinda went by the impression that it was simply people being melodramatic to the point they get themselves into a state of panic and fast breathing from inability to just relax and focus, I had no idea it was an actual condition :O

i had an anxiety attack the other day, basically you start to feel really shitty and start panicking about something, your mind makes it out to be the biggest thing ever and you start feeling really bad or pained, and possibly get emotional

I just found out my right knee is FUBARd, not actually sure what's wrong with it but if I stand on it with weight on it for anything over a minute it feels like it's going to fall off.

Nah, you actually feel horrible after it if you do it for that reason.

LOL

Yea I wish I didn't have it sagi, it's not fun to deal with but it's basically our natural "alarm system" kicks in when we have that fight or flight moment when it really isn't necessary :x if you get what I'm saying

Ugh I have a horrific ulcer on my tongue, my body is taking revenge for the family sized bag of dolly mixture I devoured yesterday :(

AND I ALSO HAVE HOT FEET >:(

Fight or flight. I get that sensation playing laser tag :D well... More like humans vs predator in a dark cold foggy close quarters environment. So fun :)

so bored now :| dunno what I want to do, either play some Red Dead, play some Mario Party ... orrrrr... watch futurama lol.

Kind of funny (well, I think it was funny)... When my ex was delivering our son, my mom was trying to take pictures of him right after he was born... She ended up with one particular picture of my ex that showed a bit more than she intended to get in the shot.

As for the other stuff... I've never had a panic attack or whatever. I used to have really bad depression and anxiety, but after being on medicine for a while I learned to deal with it on my own. Now it generally takes something really stressful to bring out any of it, and one of my friends is always really helpful when I need someone to talk to about it (helps that she's a Psych major).

And to show why I was busy today.

Still need to stain it but it didn't turn out too bad, considering the fact that I made it up in my head. :D

I really want to learn to fish!!! But I wanna fish real fish not the pathetic minnows around my area.

Well you know, you put the little worm out there, naturally they go for it, you jerk it arround a little bit, and eventually they just lay back and accept it...

And I'll never see fishing the same way again.
