Yeah, seeds typically are the hottest part of most peppers. I always hollow out mine unless you want +1 pain/heat to your dishes. Another good rule is, the smaller the pepper, the hotter it is, as the oils that make the spiciness are more condensed into a smaller mass than it would be all spread out on a bigger pepper.

Actual exchange last night, with a drunk girl who randomly came over to us and started talking about her night (apparently she was at a prom with a guy she wasn't supposed to be there with, idfk):

My son has lost his *** mind..
I was asleep, but I just found out that a bit ago my 7 year old went and choked my goddamned grandma.. Like intentionally and maliciously, not on accident. Don't know why, but probably because he wasn't getting his way. In order to keep some of the shitty low pop server people around, Swtor is having a life sized Darth Malgus sweepstakes lol.
So I've come to the conclusion that it probably is my PSU that's making my PC act this way, going to look into getting a 750w soon, at least they are only about 100 bucks.
Carpet cleaners are exhausting to use. I've done my room, our dining room, the living room, the foyer, the office, the master bathroom, the other bathroom, my sister's room, the master bedroom, and the hallway.

And I don't have the time nor money to pay for someone's hotel or airfare unless I take out a high interest loan (DO NOT WANT).

this stupid thing won't work :| means I gotta redownload it again and hope the person who packed it knew what the *** they were doing... /sigh Writing a damn history paper on the USS Constitution. Wrote it out and was at 450 words. Then I fleshed it out a bit, added in some personal Navy experience, hit about 600 words. Then I went on Wiki and basically rewrote all the sections of their page, hit 1200 words.
Need 1500 words -_- Mixed feelings are the worst kind of feelings.
At least with joy, sadness, or anger, it can have some sort of concrete explanation or tangible justification to it. But this just sucks. Feels like they dragged out the scenes so it would be long enough for a movie. The girl who played Eve was kinda muh as well. I was not impressed with the new underworld, just didn't have that ... same feeling as the other ones.
