You either don't have enough power or your videocard is overclocked too high.

Download the EVGA Precision and turn down your card some. If your PC keeps doing that you need more power.

Just means the voltage settings are a bit too high for your current power supply output, which can lead to sluggish performance or outright crashes and nasty stuff. EVGA precision lets you change and adjust inner workings for the card. Just be VERY careful with what you do, because I've multiplied my voltage to OC my card in the past and I ended up giving myself a yellow screen upon adjustment and startup until I figured out how to fix it several painstaking hours later.

Turn your CORE CLOCK down about 20 to 30 points and hit apply. If you still powerout in games then you need a better powersupply.

No. In WoW we can reforge stats on gear to make them best in slot. You can't swap armor in combat so thankfully don't have to deal with 'gear swapping'.

Still shut my PC down, got a little further maybe but I dunno... doubt it did lol.

I can't see it as an overheating problem since I was on XIV last night for a few minutes and on TOR this morning for like half an hour with no problem (it started to get a little laggy and choppy before I logged out I noticed but not sure if that was cause I stayed in one spot too long or what...) le sigh.... I get something nice for myself and look at what it has gone and turned out to be ;;.
