No :( public. we're not allowed to have anything that you couldn't have naturally. like, i could die my hair red as long as it's a believable shade of red, but i can't do pink or i'll get suspended. D: I used to have blue before this school year started

Funny enough, said black sheep had to go to work today, but my mom had to take her. You can probably guess what happened after <_<;

I love family gatherings though! Just not when my sorry excuse of a little sister is involved. Ugh.

my family has never had a "black sheep." i dont really get it :\ sure we have made some bad mistakes but doesnt mean we cant be forgiven. plus all of my relatives are boring and normal lol

That's a bummer. I don't really see the particular detriment on academic endeavors or capacity, but leave it to school districts to make blanket rules that don't have any particular logic or merit to them for the "safety and concern" of their student body and their parents. If it didn't have widespread consequence, I'd say be a rebel and do it anyways D:

i remember in my high school if anything was considered a distraction you would have to remove it or leave lol cant really take off ur hair so they would be suspended too lol sounds like a normal public high school to me lol hated high school so much

Mine's pretty much the opposite. Especially on my mom's side, the Black Sheep status is very much alive, and in fact it's her. Not that she wanted it; she didn't have a choice in the matter. But because of it, she gets little respect from 3/4ths of her siblings, and even her mother is involved. I never liked my Granny because of it. All her family ever does is make her feel like crap, purposefully go out of their way to not invite her and generally be complete *** because of it. I've pretty much vowed never to go to any of their family events, lest I end up shoving my size 14 steel toed boot up my Aunt Dolores' ***.

Between my 3 brothers and I though, we don't have a Black Sheep. We all hate each other equally. And by that I mean der lovin's. Except for two of them against each other, but... whaddya gonna do?

gah that sucks :\ i cant even imagine having that between anyone in my family lol sure we fight a bunch and they dont always treat me the best but my dad taught us that family is the strongest thing there is and to always be there for each other D: i butt heads with my older sister a lot since our personalities are so different but i know if i needed any help she will be there D:

As long as your school punishes for sagging as well, it's all good. Sagging better be in there since tucked-in shirts are required. Think my school gave people two weeks of detention for sagging.

it's because people can sneak shotguns and crap in their pants if their shirts aren't tucked in. *** if i understand that logic though.
