I just took a "5 Hour Energy Extra Strength" drink. Waiting to blow up or something. Anything lesser than that and I'll be disappointed

Kinda depends on your BMI and level of activity too.
For someone like me, it's more like a 3 and a half hour energy.
But when I was busy running around doing a million things at work, it definitely put some spring in my step for awhile when I normally would have felt sluggish and unmotivated.
