Do you guys ever think these anime things interfere with your dating life? Like.. idk how to word it x.x but you'll probably never find someone who looks like them lol (not to sound mean if I do D:)

Most people that I know that openly like anime hangout with a bunch of other people that openly like anime. And who would want a partner that doesn't share your interests?

Although I do admit, when I played ffxi heavilly, I hid it like it was a disease. I never mentioned it in public, and I still rarely let my rl and ff friends mix on skype:/

I guess I was kinda asking if they look for girls who look like these characters. I have no idea how to word this but I didn't mean it in a mean or judgmental way x.x

We all have skeletons in our closets, it just takes time to find someone that would like that certain skeleton. :3

And you're making it sound as though liking anime is a bad thing.
Its just something I enjoy watching and I like the story line and the characters involved. Sure I particularily like Yoruichi the best but that doesn't necessarily mean I want a real life clone of one (tho that would be cool).
Its not really that different from someone who likes transformers a lot, or sports or videogames.

As for my dating life, meh I could care less at this point in time because I can't find a single person who's witty,fun,intelligent,outgoing,has similar interests, and can actually hold a conversation for more than 10 minutes w/o having a flat personality and no passion the things they do enjoy

Yeah, anime has grown rather sociably acceptable. As long as you aren't wearing naruto t shirts to clubs, or talking about how inyuyasha is hotter than all the guys at the average bar I don't think its an issue.
