You could have an adventurer who just had his powers for Blue Mage unlocked by Raubahn/Waoud/passed the test to become an Immortal show up and help Erik out. Besides being a slightly run-on sentence, he could also be a recurring character. Though this suggestion may just be my sub-conscious trying to weasel into your story. Plus I've been taking Blue Mage up recently. I'm at the point where I can no longer learn spells by myself. Q,Q Though I have every spell up to level 67, aside from Sandspray and Frost Breath. Jettatura has some funky hate properties.

Son of a ***! >.< I just found out Uncharted 3 is coming out.. In November.. As if it's not bad enough already that I'm going to have to buy BF3 and a new flight stick.. In November.

The problem is, the BF and Uncharted series are number 2 and 3 of my favorite series (surpassed only by God of War). So I reaaaaaaaaaally want both!
