People over here at parties spend 98%+ of their time taking pictures for Facebook rather than doing anything else, and if you're not in one of the big cliques, good luck getting an invite! Social outings are just contests over here to see who can appear the most social.
No tailgating or bonfires or anything like that either. Getting wasted is the only activity. Nothing else. People even get wasted to go to the cinema etc.

Edit: Last I looked which was like 2 years ago.
I went to a few camps, UNLV showed us a good time. OU was a blast, CU sucked pretty hard. We had a trip planned to ASU but the plans fell through :(
Mind you I was 17, so I didn't drink..much :P
