Today's run Demisang Deleterious was up past Acuexes in that room with all the BLMs WHMs and RDMs. I got impatient and pulled him long range, intent on running back to the starter porter and de-agroing it all, knowing he'd be slower etc. My D.D. always seems to wear a mix of WAR and WHM empyrean. Not sure why that is. Weapons always seem to be Gaxe, Swordx2, Daggerx2, Hand to Hand, Club and Shield, or Staff. I've seen no other weapons.

Anyway, this WHM looking mofo starts chasing me, literally every fomor turns and links. That's normal. This one Galka BLM, I swear to Altana, he turns, and Stuns my ***. I nearly died! Made it to the porter with 480 HP and got away. Easy pull on D.D. when I came back.

Went about my run like normal. Got big brained and summoned more Magic Bursting trusts to force kill A mobs for A metal. Choke slammed Ghatjot like a little ***. Picked up the basement freebies. Made about 7400 Galli.

4 minutes left in run. Went back to the Fomors from the start. Identified BLM Galka. Kill Switch ENGAGE.

I agro'd the whole room again, but I didn't care. This *** had to die. 1:41 seconds left on the clock. My DT set is blowing off steam. My trusts are hemorrhaging everything and getting wiped out one by one.

Galka is so close to death. I'm close to death. I go in my Mog Sack and grab my Vile +1 and use it. 59 seconds left on the clock. My HP drops sub 1200 as I kill him. Sub 900. I use my exit butterfly or whatever the ***. I'm very glad the usage on that is QUICK.

Getting old is the sh*t

Every new month, doing more intense exercises always come with a random muscle pain.

Yea, I have a lot of similar problems. Try doing Yoga, it helps a lot. I never realized how tense my body was until I started doing it on a regular basis. It's still ***though.

I also have ulnar neuropathy and there are days my hands feel like they are being crushed in a vice.

It's a lot more ***if you don't take care of yourself. My dad just turned 70, he had a heart attack at 50, and has been in/out of the hospital all year with cardiac problems. Botched ICD replacement, vtac, he's been staying with us all week because the medication they gave him caused dizziness/nausea/etc, and he fell trying to get something from his dog and messed up his knee.

For sure. Yoga as a warmup and/or cooldown before and after is great to loosen the body up and help prevent muscle injuries.

Man, the detail on those is really good.

Every visit to every doctor I get asked if I have any pain. The reply is always the same. I'm 80. Of course something hurts. Something or another always hurts. If I wake up and nothing hurts I would worry.

And I don't even have exercise as an excuse.
