This could probably be posted somewhere better, but oh well. Recently upgraded my computer, literally everything but the power supply was replaced, such as cpu, motherboard, graphics card and ram. Problem is, new computer refuses to push itself. CPU wont go above 30%, gpu wont go above 50% usage.
Now i'm a multiboxer, I log in with 1 account my gpu usage is 30-40%. Log in with second, gpu is now at 40% usage pretty steady. Get all 6 accounts? Still 40-50 gpu usage and processor is still maxing out at 30%.
I have ran stress tests from MSI which actually does get the GPU to 99%, so i'm completely floored for the problem.
Specs: Intel I7-9700k, 16g ram, Nvidia geforce rtx 2060, Z390 AORUS ULTRA-CF motherboard. SSD harddrive
Also I have reformatted several times and reinstalled drivers because of it.
What is the problem? The game isn't designed for modern hardware, it won't utilize it properly, including multicore/threaded cpus and modern GPUs, so things like this:
There is a tech forum but....
Its a 15 year old game, it didn't stress 18 year old computers. You expect 6 iterations of XI to make it sweat?
are just silly...
But I still fail to see what your problem actually is?
