I don't have a Switch so I try not to get hype about games on it.
You should get one. There are a lot of games worth buying.

-Link:BotW
-Super Mario Odyssey
-Smash Bros Ultimate
-Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
-Mario + Rabbids
-Super Mario Bros U Deluxe

And those are just the ones that are released. You can also get FFVII/FFIX/FFX/FFXII also. Phoenix Wright is also on there, Sonic Mania if you are into it.

Then the upcoming games like MM2, Pokemon Sword/Shield, etc. I'm sure there's going to be some great E3 showings also.

Switch is well worth getting. Just on the Nintendo only titles are worth it.

Who wouldn't try to go for that mad canadian bus driver money Josi has?
Hey, don't knock on bus driver salaries in Canada.

They make more up there on average than here in the US. Then again, they have more obstacles than we do. Like people and moose.

Ever wonder what 3 wishes you would make in order to make your life perfect? Money/fame/love all comes to mind but you know there's going to be some monkey paw *** for the obvious ones.

Just because I'm:

A) Bored
B) Imaginative
C) Crazy
D) Can't post on P&R, and
E) Got loads of free time

I think I figured out the best 3 wishes to make my life perfect, with all the fame/glory/power I ever could want.

1. I want the ability to have complete control over my own time, meaning being able to jump forward or backward in time in my own body.
2. I want to retain any and all memories each time I jump forward or backward in time. This one is to prevent any monkey claw BS that lets me go back without memories of the future.
3. Unless I want it to happen, on my death, I want the ability to instantaneously leap back 2 days prior to my death.

I think all 3 would give me everything anyone has ever desired. Money and fame for knowing the future, and being able to know when to sell and buy on the stock market. Lotteries can't be manipulated this way because 1 possible timeline will have X numbers drawn, but if I buy a ticket in the 2nd timeline, those numbers would change because the numbers I know of were from a timeline where I didn't buy a ticket. Immortality from being able to relive my life as long as I want it, without the downside of outliving your loved ones (except natural deaths). Ability to prevent loved ones from dying prematurely (from accidents or illnesses). Ability to get everything ever desired, because of the near infinite resets.

I can't think of any negatives associated with this.

Then again, I'm nuts.

I can guarantee people have desired much more than that. Namely things that can't ever be obtained without something like magic (or much more advanced tech). Give me Phenomenal cosmic power without the itty bitty living space.

I'd disagree with you though on some. Under most circumstances your stock manipulation would have a very real effect on said markets. Still doable but still some risk that could be mostly but not completely be mitigated with things like frequent rechecking and being smart about your transactions.

Meanwhile only some lotteries would be effected. Namely only raffle style ones. All the huge ones with huge jackpots draw numbers at completely random independent of tickets bought though it would effect future jackpots

Yeah, but the goal isn't to rule the galaxy, just the world.

It would, but honestly, not as much as you think.

Stocks are of finite supply. If I buy X number of stocks in ABC company, I'm essentially preventing another person from buying stocks in the same company. If I only buy stocks prior to major events (stock splits, major development in technology with company like how Yahoo went from $2/share to $50/share within 24 hours, and major mergers or ISOs) and sell them when they are at their highest for the time, then it's pure, 100% profit. I just take that profit away from somebody else who would have cashed out at the same time.

Naw, think of it this way. The numbers I would find out on tomorrow's Mega Millions would change because those numbers were drawn before I purchased the ticket that has those numbers. By changing the past, I changed the future based on the randomness of the balls, because that #7 that was supposed to go into the tube may have turned right instead of left when I saw it last. Lotteries are pure luck.

Scratch-offs, on the other hand, are not. If I know that a store in my area sold a million dollar ticket, I could go back in time and get that ticket before the person who would have won gets it. Because going back in time wouldn't change the outcome of that store having that ticket, only who got that ticket.

So looking forward to this game.

I kinda put Nintendo in timeout after Mario Tennis and Mario Party let me down, even tho Tennis has actually gotten updates since its release, whereas Mario Party has gotten zip, which is just unacceptable to me. That game released with just 4 boards, only 1 good one, it needs like 3-4 more.

That said, I am looking forward to Mario Maker 2, and Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3. Nintendo just needs to support its lesser titles a bit more. I hope they learned a lesson with the barebones Mario Tennis and apply it to Mario Golf.
