Still being kept mostly in the dark about what exactly is going on, but she's doing a lot better and should be coming back home soon.. why are u being kept in the dark? her choice or the dr's?
I'm not sure why exactly, neither me or my wife is really learning what is going on.. Don't know what is wrong, or why it happened. It could be that neither my Gma or Gpa have a good memory and are able to explain what is going, or it could be that they're just not really being told either (this area isn't exactly known for it's award winning hospitals and great hospital staff)..

Not positive, but I don't think that's the case.
My grandparents aren't the type to just nod silently or say 'okay' when they don't understand something.. They're the exact opposite, neither will stop asking questions til they understand what you're talking about, and even then they'll ask the same questions again sometimes <_< just to make sure they understand, I guess.
My grandma is the type that would have a 30 minute conversation with some rep trying to sell her a better long distance deal, just figuring out every single little detail about what it is they're offering..

Lobster/shrimp/crawfish on the other hand.. I could probably live off the 3 with no complaints.. I don't even think I could do that with pizza or steak, and I love both of those..

That's one type of seafood I will never eat..
The only meat I will eat that's not cooked completely, is beef. A nice slab of rare beef every once in awhile is great, otherwise I prefer medium-rare to medium.
And if you want your beef well done, stop eating steak <_<;;;; Like seriously.. It's sacrilegious.

To each his own, but they do have tempura rolls that are fully cooked. You should try those. Sooo delicious!
