Yeah flash carts are nice. I believe at least one of the models had a more decent update to support SM1 chips. (I believe that was the designation).
There's a lot of information out there about it. LOL. for rum i'd suggest goslings bermudan black strap rum. pretty cheap, but amazing if you like darker rums. if you want lighter rum, try bacardi 'maestro de ron'. it's a higher quality rum than the regular bottles of bacardi, and only like 5 bucks more. exceptional with mixed drinks. for vodka check out reyka if you like the taste of good vodka, or if you want the absolute smoothest go with purity and any of their high level filtered vodkas. they've got one that's filtered 51 times and is like 28 bucks. it's about as close to water as you can make liquor taste. the reyka is my go to, better than grey goose by far and half the price. grey goose cost is all in the name, not the quality. Looks like I might be approved to move into this 2 bedroom apartment :D
