Not laptop. I don't know what that is anyway, so not worth telling me to do things, I'm incompetent.
oh then even easier, and well fine if you don't want to. You could always order a liquid cooling unit and have a shop install it (sealed kit), or just have them replace the thermal paste and upgrade your gpu.
I should switch to liquid cooling myself, but I don't have the $ right now.

(there's many theories of how to apply the new, he just used one, but the principle of removing the heatsink/cleaning is all good, apply in whatever method one thinks best), shouldn't even take an hour).
I would note though, to use proper static protection, as while I almost never do it's usually very very humid here and I just make sure to ground myself.
