i don't own a crock pot or slow cooker... i don't really see the point? i'll borrow one if i take stuff to work and need to keep it warm, but to cook a dish or full meal? ehhhhhhhhhhhhhh

slice onions and bell peppers, put in bag with oil and seasonings you like. put on grill. wait a few mins, flip.
diet food? i smoked a london broil on the grill and then sliced it thin. while it was resting i did some veggies with the method listed above. dinner one night and then 3-4 more lunches or dinners. 0 carbs, healthy fats, no sugar, calorie appropriate, and decent protein... diet food?
