I've been under the impression the site was down because it won't open on Chrome on pc or mobile for me.

These WAR changes in XIV got me trippin' It doesn't seem like it's gonna be HUUUUUGE nerf like at the start of SB, but having less damage spike windows in which to spike, and then them taking 40% damage off of my actions and making that now single spike ability have a crap duration vs. cooldown timer has me like, "Hmmmm."
Trying to remain optimistic about how this is better for WAR in tank stance, and damage will be really consistent, and also AOE will be fantastic still, but like... Makes me glad I've been cheating on WAR with DRK since 3.0 Basically...
-Lost Berserk entirely. 30% potency buff every 60s for 20s is gone. -Replaced with an "enhanced" Inner Release. Halved duration, makes spenders free, causes all attacks to be autocrits. Autocrits won't make up for the loss of 30% potency and you lose at least 1 Fell Cleave per burst phase. Burst phases are now 10s instead of 20s. -The potency increases to everything else do nothing. They mitigate the 10% loss in Storm's Eye dmg buff. -Unchained is now POTENTIALLY usable with Deliverance but I'm not holding my breath. Overall I wouldn't be surprised if WAR sits at the bottom of the tank DPS pile. Not to mention it's going to be the most boring of all 3 tanks to play.
