did they say what exactly was damaged? alignment alone is probably about 1/3 of that cost
$89, four wheel drive too, so I'm thinking maybe they goofed on the price, I thought it was usually double that? Wheel bearing gone, inner and outer tie rods needed replacing, he showed me and it was like in a 150 degree angle lol

I think he was pretty fair, just a repair shop that retard and his family have been going to for years, not a dealership
also awd doesn't mean 4wd. the best thing you can do is get a set of winter tires and change them out when snow starts to come in and keep the other tires for the rest of the year. you can keep a set of snow tires for a long time that way.

My cousin has an AWD CR-V, and from what it seems, if the front wheels start slipping, the rear wheels kick in. Not too sure on that though.

it could be symmetrical awd. all four tires are getting power, but it sends more to tires that needs it in cases of slipping or over or under turning.

I have a 1994 Ford Explorer and a 1986 Ford F-150 atm. I kinda want to get one of those Nissan pickups from the mid 90's, supposedly they're cheap and reliable as well as fuel efficient.

The ones just referred to as "Nissan Pickup" I think I've seen them called a Nissan D21 or something too.

If I had my choice to buy whatever I want, I'd either buy a 2006 Jeep Wrangler used or a Jeep Renegade new.
