I'll have to check out that mango thing So I blendered up the peppers in the sauce and used it with ground beef. adding onions (caramelised), green chillies, cilantro, cumin, little bit of garlic.. and salt.

I made some black bean salsa to go with it.
over all i'd say this is "*** delicious" The black bean/corn salsa with cilantro/lime takes it to a whole nother level

random thought: snow sucks, my car slid into a curb coming home Friday and now in order to go straight, my steering wheel has to be turned 90 degrees to the left I paid it off on Thursday too... It's at the shop now, no idea if it'll ever return that’s going to be an expensive repair
