pretty much yeah.
design wise I really don't like how the memory card gets exposed when out of dock. I could go to the hastle of reselling it for equal or proffit but not too good at that kinda stuff aka lazy, and dont know if nintendo would have a shortage upon release or it wont have the demand of a new console or have a decent release supply.
