I'll mull it over for a little bit.

Well, at the very least, I finally got some mastercraft III recipes, and working towards some mastercraft IV recipes for my specialist crafters.

>.> Ok, looks like I'm staying on goblin a while longer then. I JUST paid 28 million for my mansion a little over a month ago, and have it half furnished, with ***I made myself.

The other ***I could easily think about relinquishing, but the limit of only 1million gil/100k gil for a character and each retainer is a bit of a deal breaker.

Mostly saying, our house flippers aren't Trump. :p
Mostly saying, your house flippers are Canadian, and therefor, tainted by the Josi effect.
Well, thanks to the "extreme briskness", that he brushes off under his 17 layers of coats, it's typically well contained to the far northern reaches of Manitoba.
Pfft Binch please.

-40F/C without windchill is nothing after you lived this far north for 30 years; All you need is a warm sweater, not even winter apparel.

It's -60~70F where you need to cover all skin or risk killing limbs
And yet, you cannot take any temps over 9 Celsius without dying.

Battle Materia: Strength V is going for 100k.

Acc/Crit/Det go for 100-150k

Crafting material goes for maybe 250-300k tops.

The real money on goblin tends to come from making lumber or adamant nuggets.

Yeah, not really much of a profit to buying that much materia then reselling it.

I'd be better off spamming PoTD for potsherds and hoarding them.

What does Ancient/Ebony/Dark Chestnut/Spruce/Birch lumber go for?

How about Titanium, Adamant, and Mythrite ores/ingots?

Crafting and gathering tools?

the various leathers?

When a bus is shut off or broken down in the sun at midday in July it gets to 120 easily inside, due to being a black sauna; I function and keep working just fine. I just prefer one extreme to the other.
Only 120?

Man, it's 120 for 3 months outside without being in an oven like a bus.

Get gud scrub!

19k/35k HQ for Ancient, 70k/75k HQ for ebony, 1k/2.9k HQ for dark chestnut, 500/800 HQ spruce, 3.8k/5k HQ birch

1.7k titanium ingot, 83.5k adamantite ingot, 1k adamantite ore, 10k adamantite nugget, 10k mythrite nugget (these are all HQ)

Leathers are like 2-10k depending on level

HQ crafting/gathering tools are usually 20-150k, same with weapons and armor for 50+

I sold a few tanking HA bodies and HA healer bodies, 500k-800k each

Well, the Ancient Lumber and Spruce/Treated Spruce here can go for quite a bit more, I think.

But only to those who hate gathering the materials, and want to make expensive *** furniture.

The beach chair is going for 700k+, but it's a rare sell, since so few people are investing in houses, and there are more empty plots opening up every week.

Blegh, there's next to no aqualopis/dragonskin map running here unless you're in a clique.

And I need to get my hands on some grade 1 stat potions for my crafting

I'd rather not go into the details right now.
