Hmmm...
I keep my caffeine tolerance very high and intake has been consistently consistent. Haven't really cut out or added much chocolate either.
There's only 2 options left that it could be.

1) You're pregnant.
2) You're dying.

See I wanted to say cancer... but I made too many of those jokes on Friday... in front of the ashes of my GF's aunt... who died of cancer...

Also last time I used sarcasm on cancer I'm pretty sure I pissed a few people off.

Also I'm always afraid I'm about to die when I go to sleep.

Like if I get a slight headache "it's the end, I'm about to have a stroke"
Arm went numb cause it was under the pillow "an embolus is coming, I know it"
Start panicking cause I think things like the ones mentioned above "oh no, I'm about to have a heart attack and die!"

until I eventually fall asleep and wake up like nothing happened the next day.

Dying in my sleep is probably one of my most hated ways of passing.

It just seems like such a weird/silly/stupid way to go.

It's not so much the idea of passing in sleep, but the fact that no one would notice. If I have to die I want to drop to the floor possibly causing the biggest pile of pans in the world to fall with me. I don't know, maybe just in the hope that I can be saved.
