Omg ... I just had one hell of a random epiphany.
The Hey Arnold! episode where Sid and Arnold find a bag of money on the bus but in the episode it gets bag swapped with an old ladies groceries. That episode is a parody of the movie the Fugitive. Instead of a story about a one armed man it is a old lady with a peg leg, pink hair, and one eyebrow. Mind blown.

My sister when i was younger broke up with her BF and moved back in.
I was in Year 9 at the time (8th grade?), So imagine a 14 year old going to school everyday smelling of all kinds of drugs. sometimes weed, sometimes i smelt of alcohol or vomit. Was very little i could do about it. Was the worst :( Ruined my school years. Very Bitter taste when people talk about drugs to me, seeing it ruined so many lives of the people around me.
