Final Fantasy VI may be coming to PC after a new rating has appeared on the Pan European Game Information (PEGI) page.

The listing shows the game is suitable for ages 12 and up and, while it shows November 26, 2015 as a release date, that could merely be the date the game was rated by PEGI.

Recently, Square Enix stated that it wished to continue remaking its existing IPs. Earlier this year, Square Enix announced plans to remake Final Fantasy VII for PlayStation 4 and series director Tetsuya Nomura did express an interest in remaking Final Fantasy V and VI.

It is not clear if this new rating signifies a re-release or a remake of Final Fantasy VI, which was voted number one in IGN’s top 100 RPGs of all time.

Final Fantasy VI originally released in Japan on April 2, 1994 on Super Famicom and was renamed Final Fantasy III for its North American release on the Super Nintendo on October 11, 1994. Since then, the classic RPG featuring iconic characters Terra, Sabin, and one of gaming’s craziest, most diabolical villains Kefka, has been re-released on multiple platforms, most recently on iOS devices.

That might be something to look forward to seeing as they are saying it would most likely be the iOS port which isn't too bad.

Look man, it ain't my fault that SE made Summoner and Scholar do the exact same attacks, except for a few DPS offshoots. Same weapon, same posture. Plus you were just so sturdy and good looking in your DRK getup. Also in like all the pulls before that, except that one where you got all craaaaaazy and pulled ALL THE THINGS, I was like adloing you and then DPSing for the rest of the pull. Also we'd have totally suceeded at that big pull if Maru hadn't been all hot to trot on damaging stuff and I hadn't had to cure him at all. He got hate on that first Construct and it wrecked his face and split my healing attention.
