I do work retail sadly. Luckily only at a place that people need to go to whether they want to or not, but unlike most customers, I truly would like to give Seha the best bang for her buck and perhaps a little insight on how to work general audio components.

It really has tainted my overall perception of people and their sense of motives. As if I wasn't antisocial enough already :/

For what it matters I don't even need to buy online. The brother of my brother's gf(!)has a tech shop so they can bring me what I want from there. I just seek the advice of scholarly people so I can go tell them what to bring me.

And for those who didn't notice yet, yes I'm 100% technologically inept.

In that case, ask for a compact, 2.0 computer speaker system with decent full range drivers. Companies like Creative, Logitech, Klipsch, or Altec Lansing are fairly well trusted.

I know that when someone more tech savvy tries to explain me something I make them mad because it seems like I am somewhat "resisting", but trust me it's frustrating for me as well to feel like I'm too stupid to understand a word of what I'm being told.

Almost everytime I've needed help with something related to my computer I've ended up crying.

I really don't think you incapable of the knowledge, you're just uncomfortable with diving in head first, which is really the only way to go about it. As the textbook approach is as futile as it is boring.

Edit: removed pic, it was a lot more mean and condescending than I intended.

I understand in this case only me own ears can tell me what will really satisfy me. But I at least got some pointers so I appreciate that.

Sure thing. If you ever need a TL;DR on tech stuff, just ask away or PM.

Don't buy cheap Logitech or random flimsy generic things.

Logitech isn't a bad brand by any means, but the general rule of avoiding budget line products, even from well known companies is best to be avoided; along with no-name generics as well.

You want a brand that has been around for at least 10+ years and have had plenty of time to establish ground in the market and has already sunk millions in R&D, marketing and production to fabricate decent quality products. Sticking close to your budget and listening for consumer reviews is a great way to stay on the straight and narrow.

On an unrelated note, I'm quite excited about visiting this neat little gastropub in Chicago called The Gage.

I want these cause music to me is very important, and being able to immerse in it, in my whole room, has a very high priority as far as material things go.

And I want them plugged to the pc cause in 2015 I'm tired of burning endless piles of CDs to make myself compilations when all the music in the world is easily accessed inside this machine.

I kind of which I lived alone so I could enjoy the pleasures of warm, room-filling sound from speakers. But since I have a flatmate, I find my serenity in good headphones. And now that I've tried open-back style, it's difficult to go back to closed-back.

Man, PS4 doesn't really have a good library just yet. Most of the games are just too effing grindy or have an ungodly need for a decent net connection to play. Ugh, can't wait long enough for FFXV.

This is why I haven't bought one yet. I'm a PC enthusiast at heart, so multi-platform titles always end up on my Steam/Origin/GOG library while consoles are reserved for hostage-ware titles, but there really haven't been any notable titles out that warrant the price of admission.
