Here we say some people must have "sweet blood". Apparently these pests bite some people more than others. Must be related to blood type. :P

Come at me is not translated literally in this instance. It's "fatti avanti" or "fatti sotto".

As for fratello, it is only used in this way in certain regions(Rome and below), similarly to english in a cut form(fratè). Then most regions have their own version of colloquially addressing someone, that is not necessarily brother.
