We have "Network Callback Requests" for when techs get stumped so the more network savvy among us can pick up the call. Lately most of the calls are "The dealer is on wifi and the network feels slow to them". This is almost always a "hardwire your network" response. There is no need to have the "networking experts" call a customer back to tell them this. Total waste of time. I get told that this is "Vital customer support". How is hearing the same thing twice, meanwhile being on standby until I can call them back good customer support?

Hmm... Rumours going around that a Gundam SEED movie has been greenlit.
Not sure how to feel about this. On the one hand, this could be another Stargazer... on the other hand, it could involve Jesus Yamato... Either way, I hope we get some cool new designs out of it. SO MUCH YES! Gave me the battle I was looking forward to! Apparently 70% of the final episode of Reconguista in G has been redrawn for the blu-ray release. Wonder if there are any major changes. :o
