That or melded ones to have both vit and str... The reason vit accessories are balls is that once you pass a certain HP threshold if you are dieing it is because either you aren't using cooldowns or the healer isn't preshielding. In both of these cases you'd end up dieing in vit accessories too. Vit accessories did have their place in coil, but now that it's 15%+ echoed across the board that place is mostly gone.

Additionally the enmity generated by flash is modified by str, in vit accessories it's possible to get out paced by a well geared blm or just have to wait for mp between pulls.

Edit: Pre 50 vit accessories just give so little hp that they aren't even worth considering.
