I assume it's for notices of some sort, given it is also used in the name for a furnishing, "Adventurers' Guild Aduyses: A semi-complete collection of notices and timetables, warnings and wanted posters, found in Eorzea's many Adventurers' Guilds." Bottom: Enquiries Welcome. (Questions welcome.)  I don't always eat ramen, but when I do, I drink the broth.

Anime and japanese games have fallen into several categories that all include recurring themes such as but not limited to: The pissed off tsundere with small ***. The cute, happy big breasted girl who is soft spoken. Emo-looking boy who is apparently god-tier if it's an action anime. Overly-gory death scenes (See: Elfen Lied as my prime example in episode 2) Main characters who just do not make sense on their way of thinking (To prevent anti-climatic battles/moments)
