Love those days where calories and nutrition work out perfectly. Hitting a perfect 1600 calories, a whopping 125 protein, and a mere 125 carbs. Oats + protein powder for breakfast, chic-fil-a for lunch, post workout protein shake, bacon eggs and toast for dinner.
Finally broke down and got a new weight belt after my abysmal performance at the physical agility test. Renewed my CAC and gonna start hitting the AAFES gym on leg day to do proper weights. Tomorrow is my first day going there; plan on squats 3x10, Romanian deadlift 3x10, and leg press to exhaustion.
Also finally back below 200 lbs (199 to be exact) after my month at the fire station. Only 19 more pounds and then gonna bump up to a healthy 2200 calories a day and aim for a slow steady build in muscle mass and endurance.
