This guy can be a pain in the ***.
Phase 1:
Tanks-
He will use a move called Double or Triple. When he does this the next special he uses will hit 2 or 3 times respectfully.

Basic-
Don't stand in anything...

Phase 2 (80 or 60% & 40%): He warps to the center of the room at this point and starts spawning balls of doom at the edges of the platform. These will slowly move towards him and power him up if they reach.

Red Balls do Magic Damage and give a stacking Magic Damage taken debuff.

Green Balls do physical damage and give a stacking physical damage taken debuff.

Pretty much you need to alternate between popping the 2. The more people near an orb when it pops the more damage it will do.

Some dark elementals will spawn from screwing up on the orbs. These do a huge conal but are weak so kill them fast.

After about 40ish seconds the boss will cast Dark and it seems to do damage based on how many balls he got.

Phase 3: Pretty much same as phase one cept he warps around the room and has a huge laser attack. Don't stand in it. He does some room wide AoEs after the 40% Phase 2. (Quake III) So healers keep that in mind.

Phase 4 (20%): This is the party killer...

Boss will open a portal in the middle of the room that draws everyone in slowly. Run away from it for as long as you can.

When the portal opens you will also get a debuff that deals damage and increases your damage taken. Your goal is to stay out of the portal till its gone.

After 15 seconds you will be forcefully pulled into a White version of the area you just were.

Meteors will start falling every where. You need a tank or healer to stand in them as they fall. 1 person only in each meteor. If you don't it's the big boom for the party.

When the first meteor lands it creates a Tear. Your DPS must burn this ASAP. Use your Limit break here. If you fail to kill the tear the giant meteor will finish you off.

After the tear is killed you get punted back to phase 3.
