There was also a semi-nude scene in the Dreamcast version of Dead or Alive 2.
The said scene IS on the Japanese version of the PS2 DOA2 too (Ultimate). The "fake" Ayane being "generated" on some sort of cloning hardware, she "twitches" inside a blob of gel. It's nothing "horribly offensive" but is enough to upset idiotic puritans.
The USA/EURO versions of the game got that "snipped" out.
FFXIII has a model of the upper half of Vanille "naked" and when people found a method to view the models (the models are used ingame but the boobs are not visible) a lot of people complained. To be fair they didn't complain that she was naked (referring to Vanille), but the fact that they detailed the upper half when there was no reason to.

Ellen page actually wasn't used as a model for the girl in the last of us, in fact she tried to file a suit against naughty dog claiming the character "used her likeness" which is ridiculous seeing as they look nothing alike.
