If you genuinely enjoyed X, then definitely pick it up. It by no means does any disservice to the original. It has new content from the international version which us Yanks never got to play, including an "expert" sphere grid which emphasizes slightly more on path planning than the original. Also the visuals are pretty awesome as one would expect from Squeenix. Though I griped about the soundtrack earlier, a majority of the orchestrated arrangements are superior versions of tracks which already were fantastic and held their own in the original.

I was going to get the X55 but decided against it (one cause of the extra price and 2... cause they were out of stock on amazon lol) Almost forgot about No Man's Sky D: I'm still looking at alternative ways to ... mount the throttle and joystick out of the way... but not having much luck that I can easily do. I'm surprised it hasn't obstructed your gameplay and immersion by being so close to your screen. i'm actually now shifting my attention away from a new TV now to a new widescreen (possibly curved) monitor (and ditching the 2 monitor setup) pricewise it's looking to be a tad bit cheaper.. and I probably wouldn't have to wall mount it. (If I did wall mount... I would need to go bigger... my eyesight is terribad) That's actually why my screen is so close... I'm borderline legally blind. Kinda sad we aren't doing sex jokes anymore ...

Except for 12, like SE would ever let us have that. Even if they did they would remove some of the cool secrets that they left in the game, like that bow that is the strongest weapon in the game.
