Well that was a first for me... I was still a little sore from yesterday, but didn't think much of it.

Did my squats, was more tired than I'm used to but still didn't think about it. Hopped on the bike, about 4 miles in my legs just didn't want to work right, but I powered through and got back to normal... and then just shy of 6 miles my legs just stopped *** working all together.

The last quarter mile I did was like dragging my legs through wet cement or something. So only got 6 miles instead of my 10 miles, just because my stupid legs wont work... stood up off the bike and fell down, yup.

Guess I have been cutting too many calories or something.

Trying to potty train my puppy, after all else has failed I now have to use the "stick her nose in it" strategy. My biggest fear is that all she'll learn from it is to ***in the floor and stick her nose in it to tell me she wants to go outside. >.>

Easiest way I have found to potty train puppies was to just dedicate a weekend. Take them outside every couple of hours, let them romp and stomp, hopefully pee on things, and then bring them back in. Repeat every couple of hours or if the imminent spin around "I'm gonna take a ***right here" starts to happen.

Takes a little dedication, but has always worked for me.

potty training is simple. Get a treat. Take the dog out every hour and every time he/she makes you give them a piece of the treat. Do this for a couple of weeks and you're golden. that and don't leave em cooped up for long amounts of time without letting them outside.

I'll remember this, she has a bad habit of going outside, doing #1 then playing around, then coming inside for #2.

Well, once you get him/her trained, you're golden! Labs are great! They'll wake you up in the morning to be let outside and sit at the backdoor to tell you if they need to go out once they're trained.

Labs are the Alpha and Omega breed!
