So next week will have been 3 months of the whole eating healthy and working out stuffs. I was just shy of 270 pounds before I started (may have been above, dunno... last time I checked was before christmas and was like 265) and am down to 240ish (was 238 the other day on the scale), pants are fitting a lot better, and I'm just starting to feel less "blah" all the time.
Ultimate goal is being 200ish pounds, being able to run a mile flat in under 8 minutes without being totally winded, and being able to bench my weight and squat twice my weight by this time next year. I can already squat and deadlift 400, but my bench is really lacking at a whopping 120. Honestly I think I'll be cool with whatever the scale says as long as I meet the other goals.
I'll probably post another picture in the fitness thread next week when my month is finished.
