I typically don't read Victorian fare unless I have to. It's all prim and proper and doesn't have that Romantic bite. That being said, I haven't really touched Jules Verne.
Not really getting all of the hobbit references, only saw about an hours worth combined of the 3 movies and barely recall them and I don't want to watch them or read the books.
