Banana no Nana, a girl with the superpower of controlling bananas.
The description sounds awesome:
Quote:
Nana of Banana is a not-at-all-serious comedy manga starring Nana and Ringo, two girls who are treated like dirt in their village because of their supposedly useless powers. In this world, the strength of your powers defines your status in society: Ringo's strong legs, which let her jump really high, are looked down upon by people who can, say, control water while Nana... Nana can manipulate bananas
Apparently, they made a lot of old NMs easier to camp.
Does anyone know approximately when that was done? So I can find a full list of NMs affected. I noticed the Shadow NMs in Fei'Yin are down to a 10-hour respawn from 17-34 hours so that's pretty major.

Don't think they ever released a full list of 'em when they did it. As far as I remember it was all nms in original zones.
Trust NPCs, like adventuring fellows except without the constant "OMG I'M OUT OF MANA HAAAAALP!"
What's that? You scraped your knee? Better cast Cure 5.
Oh would you look at that? I'm all out of MP. Better be a useless tool and feed your enemy more TP while doing godawful damage.

Nah, more like "Hey I learned this awesome new spell, you wanna see it?" *Dia* "Wanna see it again?" *continues to cast until out of mana* "What's that? You're dying? Welp, I'm kind of out of mana, all that diaing takes a lot out of me, ya know."

Oddly enough, they seem to have actual AI. Casting appropriate cures, mages stay out of melee range, they'll cast like Cure I to wake you up if you're asleep, etc.
No replacement for an actual person, but actual people doing 75 content are hard to come by these days so it closes that gap.

That's.... Actually a godsend improvement over my last recollection of their intelligence. I just wish they'd beef em up and make them worth using beyond the echelon of lvl 75 content. Make a dynamic equipment and skill menu similar to how Automatons are carried out.
They're a slightly more advanced Automaton AI. Biggest thing I'm jealous of when it comes to them is not having to worry about a built in magic timer so they can actually spam cure better than an Automaton.

He's talking about the Trust NPCs, not the adventuring fellows. Their AIs are still god awful. Trust NPCs actually scale level with you when you summon them and are also affected by Ilvl equipment.

They also use their unique weapon skills. Mihli has Scouring Bubbles for instance, which for a WHM actually does respectable damage. And Tenzen's WSs are hitting like 1.3k. By no means weak at this point.

Keep in mind that Scouring Bubbles is AoE, same goes for King Cobra Clamp from Mihgo.

And Powder Keg/Grape Shot from Lion. The unique NPCs love their AoEs. Gotten me killed more than once but worth it.
This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
