If you play summoner you'd notice a huge change in gameplay just this last week as well
I guess what I'm trying to say is, they haven't changed anything for the worse. A lot of people I've talked to say that 99 cap is noticeably worse than 75 cap, but 75 cap is still there. And it's still just as fun as it used to be. Not as hard as it used to be, but it's still really fun.

I just miss the feeling that hitting 75 created. 99 cap never felt like
an accomplishment. When you hit 75 it was tons of terrible and entertaining exp parties to make it.

The journey to 75 was amazing. And a terrible grind all in one.

Hell remember your first trip to Dynamis ? It was pretty crazy. All the little things on the way to 75. Jeuno Crawler's Nest etc.

My favorite was the death train in Dynamis Windurst. And people flipping out from level down.

This one time, I was in a party in Bibiki Bay, LV60ish doing those goblins and the Dhalmels, and I was literally getting negative exp per hour.

Some pre-level sync camps were so garbage. I love it.

That reminds me of Dunes parties where you would be like *** I could get better exp soloing. lol

What about getting whm to level 10 even. I remember how annoying that was. So slow to level up. (Solo of course)

Release to WotG was the best time of XI, so much fun and lots of people playing :0 Remember back in 04 when there were 4500 on during EU times after school lol

Yea when linkshells were filled with people. And Jeuno wasn't filled with AFK mules...
