So, I have two tattoos and love them and want more. I'm planning to get this one next as a memorial for Nana (violas were her favorite flower and she planted them everywhere:)
And after that I am considering this one, for personal reasons having to do with how I relate to my family:
But I'm not 100% sure on that second one quite yet. I like the design, but I have to find the perfect spot for it and I just haven't yet.
So those are all good and well and don't need help.
Then I want a rose sleeve and/or rose on my side, and a wolf somewhere. And that's trouble.
So I want this wolf, I love it:
And I'd like to put this rose next to it, kind of as the moon behind it or something:
Because not only is that my favorite flora acting as the moon for my favorite fauna, but it's also my own personal sort of "beauty and the beast."
BUT those are two different styles. One is sketch art and the other is watercolor/paint art. So I want them together but I don't know how to mix the styles well.
And then my other problem. I like these two roses, but I have the same issue with them being different styles. Would it look too kooky to have them both?
I like the rose itself in the first one better, but I like how the second has thorns and more realistic leaves. If I took the flowers and thorns off the second and put them on the first it wouldn't fit because the styles are dissimilar.
I have no problem with having 82 and a half roses on me, but I want them to look nice together.
What do! What do, art people?
