It's a great theory kojo but ark angels exist hundreds of years before Bastok ever did, for humes to displace galkas.
They didn't say those things hundreds of years ago, they say them after being summoned in the present day, possibly commenting on the mistakes of the races they are in the image of.

No the traits they mentioned are breed into each race and were there all along... That was where the CoP half of the story comes in, explaining that we (or well the 5 races) are born of both light and darkness.

Wasn't the lore that the races were created with the darkness (5 sins) already within them or something like that?

So you think the ark angels can scan their attacker and address the current day issue with their personalities? : O

I just assumed they stayed the same over all these years lol hmmm
Well, they are "children of the crystals", IIRC, the crystals are where all memories go, thus they can pretty much witness anything anyone has ever witnessed.

Yeah the entire concept behind that plot line is we sit in the grey area between light and dark. In Zilart we battle the light as the princes attempt to "Open the gates of paradise" which wouldn't be a good thing for us. On the flip side in CoP we battle the darkness as it attempts to consume our world.

Yep... Taru taru sorta nearly conquered both continents if I remember right too but my memory on that is kinda fuzzy.

Edit: They weren't always as friendly as we like to think they are.

I remember SpankWustler on the OFs commenting on the tribal past of the Tarutaru, something about "Imagine if you had to wake up each day knowing your only chance to eat was to wrestle a man-sized radish to death."

I think I might actually eat vegetables if that was the case...

Lillica's take on it...

If you are a dude playing a female hume, no one really cares... until you run off with a Kraken Club and half the LS bank.

Ark Angel TT said:

Tarutaru have the cutest /panic emote, and are forced to do it for all LS pictures forever.

Ark Angel MR said:

Cats can lick their own...

Ark Angel EV said:

Elvaan have always been able to see over the shorter races, always making sure to stretch their necks to get the highest vantage point until they finally just stuck that way.

Ark Angel GK said:

No ding dongs in a universe with Lilisette and Lion would make me rage too.

Taru almost killed everyone yeah during the Great War. Bastok and Sandoria were *** against the power if the avatars
The great war would be the one against the Shadow Lord, and there they were almost completely wiped until mithra sent forces from Olzhyria(and then came the two events that changed the war: KB summoned Fenrir and the battle of Meriphataud).
They were very belligerant before though, in many occasions. Bastok and Sandy united against them to send them off Quon(they had magic not avatars then). After that everyone learned how to use magic and so they got bitter and closed Windy's borders to everyone but mithra for a few centuries.

I've had terrible luck when downloading anything on my laptop because everything is a trap and I've had to reset my laptop to factory defaults 3 times now because of this crap, so I want to download the free version of malwarebytes but I'm pretty sure all the "17,400,000 results" in google are traps to . . . I need a safe one and none have that green thhp bar and I'm not even sure how legit that is either D:

Yes it is, but the wars before then were a very long series between many different nations, wasn't just one.

And poor quadavs were always caught in the middle.

They even helped Sandy against the orcs when they were still a small nation, they were probably the most peaceful of the tribes.

Does 14 have as much racism as 11? I hope not

There is a lot of ... classism? With refuges from the calamity being treated poorly. The Elvaans of FFXIV are a little racist at times.

Mostly just the Garleans being douchebags though.
