Germany: Buy the tree once you see a good one,
leave it on the balcony,
get it inside the livingroom on 23rd december so it can unfold (removing the net) for a day,
24th morning one puts all the shinies on it,
evening put the presents under it: let the kids enjoy everything after they finished singing/playing instruments/reciting a poem ^^ Canada: set up the tree as early as dec 1 everyone adding ornaments freely and placing gifts under it to taunt the kids and excite them but force them to wait.
Throw the tree out in march when it starts to attract bugs So you don't have the enjoyment of being stomped when all men rush into the electronic markets and bookstores because christmas suddenly appeared in the calander tomorrow/today? Oo

was nervous, 3 professors, 1 dude that runs the server cluster for the school and like 10 grad students + 2 undergrads that were also doing research.
:| got that feeling the only one who understood me was the server cluster dude.

For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
