Anyone know of a way to manually update XiV? friend is having some weird issues, can't seem to figure out why.

Krizz used to have torrents for 1.o, not sure about ARR.

As for your friend and his issues, try a Doctor.

yeah checked out krizz and his site, nothing on ARR (even if it was just the files ... i'd be happy with that lol)

It is context based, but the English language is constantly evolving based on slang, dialect, etc. In other words, standard English says no, but there really is no such thing as standardization. So in a sense... you're both right.

ARR updates so quick now that I've never managed to grab the update files before it deletes them.

You know a way to manually update them if there is an error downloading through the client? I'm about to just send him my whole squeenix folder (if that works?!?)

It's a little frustrating on mine and his ends, i'm trying to help as much as I can but since I can't get to him easily (right now at least) I can't do anything other then just google ***and hope it works lol.

Idaho isn't any better than Texas. xD (Except I don't like deserts, but I'm so close to the Nevada desert I'm practically in it anyways. Desert in the summer, snowy in the winter. What gives.)
