I think it's only because it's the first time I've taken it (or any PWO) in 2 months or so. It never happened before when I was taking it regularly (cant remember if it happened the very first time I took it). Them and their "first party mystery chemicals" are some questionable ***alright. I ordered some jack3d micro when I got home,gonna see how that does me. I've heard alot of good things.

But I'll definitely note that in my workout book for the future in case I need it!

I dont plan on lol,1 scoop per workout day before the workout is what I'm gonna do. When on PWO I dont even take intraworkout aminos or anything,just water.

Also,nothing worse than when a hot chick in a movie dies :<

They do indeed looks horrible, without knowing they were starters I would not even identify the grass pokemon as being a grass type.

Should just go back to squirtle/charmander/bulbasaur :/
