odds are you will get in contact with them faster than game support, because like, you will have to get pass the queue of stupid people asking support for stuff like "ahmahgawd, why does my win 95 not run this game QQ" "can my phone play this game?" "why not f2p" "why cant i log in" "where is the tab button"
Yeah, not a bad idea. But you know how convoluted and difficult it is getting any form of direct contact out of Square-Enix. They do a good job at hiding it, and make only the most unhelpful and slowest form of contact available. I love how the most common response from SE support to those that never received their pre-order code email is "Check your spam folder."
Update: Go figure. I go to their official NA web merch store, and support/contact brings me right back to their general SE support center whom I have already contacted and promptly never got help from.
