I decided I'd read the text for retail onry,in case there were changes along the way and mainly because alpha/beta phase times were limited. Upon release at least I can take my own pace

That thinking is as bad as the people that claim ***like Minecraft is Xbox exclusive because "lol pc isnt a console".

It spilled over back when you first started posting in here. Let me spell it out for you:
Language doesn't affect exclusivity, regardless of your personal opinions; whether it's available on multiple platforms does.
Some people would much rather play a game in a foreign language they don't understand than have to buy an entirely new console to play it, or end up never playing it at all.
By telling them it's exclusive to one console, you are taking away their choice of playing it on the other console in a foreign language, purely because of some half-assed assumptions about their language skills.
