Just had a quick look at the nutritional guide on what I get. footlong of my sub would run me 718 calories 56 grams of protein 78 grams of carbs 18 grams of fat Edit: If I'm gonna have that many extra calories (99% of the time I can eat properly and wont have to squeeze in a substitute) I'd go with something I like more
I normally go with a foot long flat bread with american cheese, teryaki chicken, toasted, lettice and honey mustard. Think that runs me somewhere like 600 cal. Between that and my breakfast still leaves me 1000 calories for snacks and dinner.
Even tho i should be eating more i am keeping myself to 2000 calories or less so i can lose weight. Once i get down to around 235 i will put start eating as much as i should, which while i am active is around 3000 calories.
