Then gained it right back with the Buster Sword. It's possible and easy... but transferring already installed games to a new HDD is a gigantic pain in the ***. Steam will install games to the HDD it was installed to. So if you don't mind downloading them all again, then just delete all the games and steam, and then re-install it on a new HDD. Transferring can cause corruption and errors, but it is possible. There's a few guides on it. Seent it...a million times.

There's a few guides on it. ah, not troubled with re downloading tbh, i'll probably do that now, once I go thru my C drive and see what's hogging up all the space. Ah yeah no problem then, just install steam on the HDD you want the games to be installed into.

I actually have some games i've been working on that I don't want to lose my progress on. Some games are stored to the Cloud... and if not the game saves are normally pretty small files and extractable from the steam folder.
